Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to provide senior nursing leadership and expert clinical guidance in the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery.

About the Role:

This role involves employing advanced clinical skills, exercising autonomy of decision making, and working closely with managers and other senior clinicians to develop and implement clinical management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide senior nursing leadership and expert clinical guidance to develop and implement clinical management plans.
  2. Employ advanced clinical skills and exercise autonomy of decision making to drive quality patient care.
  3. Work collaboratively with managers and other senior clinicians to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Relevant post-registration qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
