Job Title: Key Account Manager">

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding overall sales targets within the fertility sector. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize company revenues by implementing strategic sales and marketing plans that drive growth and increase market share.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business planning, budgeting, and sales execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including IVF clinic personnel, directors, and healthcare professionals.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

    2. Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders, including IVF clinic directors, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant support staff.

    3. Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales decisions and drive business growth.

    4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, nursing, marketing, or business management.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a specialist sales representative within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record of success in business planning, budgeting, and sales execution.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Sound understanding of selling in complex account environments.
