About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Formal Messaging Technician to join our close-knit team as a Senior Messaging Systems Coordinator, providing critical support to customer operations on a day-to-day basis.

An active NV2 Security Clearance is an essential requirement for this role.

About You

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Monitor servers, messaging queues and gateways, ensuring seamless communication within our Defence strategic environment.
  • Provide level one and two support for various applications, creating, modifying, deleting and maintaining user accounts with ease.
  • Confirm successful delivery of formal messages to customers via multiple methods, guaranteeing timely and secure transmission.
  • Conduct onsite security-specific activities, upholding relevant security requirements and standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and training/workshop delivery.
Requirements:
  • NV2 Security Clearance is mandatory.
  • Experience within the Defence ICT environment is essential.
  • Ideal experience in Defence Communications Facility.
  • Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while escalating issues when necessary.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, interpreting complex situations and activities.
  • Flexible to work on a 24/7 roster.
