Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS Applications function, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the core configuration and transports between environments in the HRIS Applications, including Establishments, personnel administration, time and attendance, payroll definitions.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to create and modify targeted and complex messages to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple business areas and to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in undertaking high-level analytical and problem-solving work with a moderate level of complexity and sensitivity.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Experience in HRIS Systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and/or UKG (Kronos), highly desirable in a Payroll Systems Support role.
