The role of Clinical Nurse Consultant - Stroke, Falls and Rehabilitation offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients with stroke, falls, and rehabilitation needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practice that addresses the needs of patients with stroke, falls, and rehabilitation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality stroke, rehabilitation, and falls prevention and management services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practice
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and patients/clients
Requirements:
  • Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • At least 5 years fulltime equivalent post-registration clinical experience including 3 years' experience in the specialty and postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty
