Highly Skilled Stroke and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to deliver high-quality stroke, rehabilitation and falls prevention services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical advice, leadership and consultancy services in stroke, rehabilitation and falls prevention management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consumers and partners to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
This is a temporary full-time role until 15th August 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex stroke, rehabilitation and falls prevention services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- A current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- At least 5 years of post-registration clinical experience including 3 years in the specialty and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced IT skills to provide complex consultancy services.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to improving patient care.
