Clinical Nurse Consultant - Stroke and Rehabilitation

Join our healthcare team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant to deliver high-quality stroke, rehabilitation, and falls prevention and management services. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with expertise in clinical leadership, consultancy, and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice, organization, leadership, and consultancy services within the nursing specialty across multiple service groups, target populations, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, and partners to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement education plans and materials for patients, clients, and health professionals.
  • Lead quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
