Clinical Lead in Stroke, Falls and Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide expert clinical advice and leadership to deliver high-quality stroke, falls and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist clinical guidance to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders within the health sector.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop innovative practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based practice across the organization.
  • Develop education programs and resource materials for patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Commit to enhancing health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time equivalent post-registration clinical experience, including 3 years in the specialty.
  • Postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty (Rehabilitation, Stroke, or Cardiovascular Disease).
  • Proven effective communication, interpersonal, and advanced IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Capacity to lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership in stroke and/or rehabilitation.
  • Commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families to enhance health outcomes.
