Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a passion for delivering quality solutions and exceptional service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for routine servicing of cleaning machinery at customer locations, diagnosing breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, and preparing machines for hire or sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine servicing of cleaning machinery at customer locations
  • Breakdown call-outs and efficient diagnosis and repair faults
  • Replace components and fit accessories as required
  • Deliver new machines to customers, perform user training
  • Perform workshop-based repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare equipment for casual or long-term hire
  • Refurbish and set up new or used machines for sale
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment service
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • A professional and neat appearance
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
