The Role

  • Concierges will respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
  • Guests with unique needs will receive personalized attention from our Concierges.
  • Our team will gather and summarize information about property amenities, including local events and activities, to provide guests with comprehensive insights.
  • Answering, recording and processing guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Bellperson or Housekeeping, may be necessary to resolve guest issues or requests.
  • Lobby Bar seating availability, service, safety, and well-being are essential areas of focus for our Concierges.
