Data Analytics and AI Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data-driven innovation efforts, transforming how we deliver assurance services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of data professionals to design and deliver intelligent, forward-thinking assurance solutions.
- Shape and implement strategies for data analytics, AI, and digital transformation across engagements.
- Support the development and execution of technology strategy and governance frameworks.
- Drive the integration of AI, automation, and analytics into processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and insights.
- Test, deploy, and refine new tools and technologies including generative AI, intelligent automation, and cloud-based platforms.
- Oversee the development of data models, algorithms, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for clients and teams.
- Manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive audit technology solutions.
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation, presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
- Apply advanced skills in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SQL, Alteryx, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, and Generative AI.
- Leverage ERP systems knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Xero, MYOB, NetSuite) to support data extraction and analysis.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data science, AI, and cloud services.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, including offshore staff, to build technical capability and career growth.
- Deliver training sessions and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with data and AI standards and maintain high levels of audit quality.
