Lead AI and Data Visionary

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our digital transformation by architecting an enterprise-wide AI strategy and building a high-performing team to execute it.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will shape and execute a cutting-edge AI strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory standards, leading enterprise-wide AI initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
  • Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team of AI and data experts who can design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Data Governance: Oversee data governance, platform strategy, and drive advanced analytics, data science, and business intelligence capabilities aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, tech, legal, and risk teams to embed AI as a trusted, value-adding capability and convert AI and data opportunities into commercial and service outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years' experience leading AI, data, or analytics functions within financial services or regulated industries at senior leadership level.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in leading strategic initiatives, managing operations, and implementing governance frameworks and delivering scalable Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in data governance, privacy law, and AI ethics.
  • Technology Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern data tools, understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) technologies, data architectures.
