Aviation Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Alliance Airlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency, including but not limited to:
- Safely performing all assigned duties and ensuring maintenance certification is carried out in line with the company AMO authorisation and approved maintenance data.
- Reporting defects promptly and maintaining regular communication with the direct supervisor, ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Performing aircraft ground handling and running duties as required and approved.
- Maintaining a safe, clean work environment, and ensuring compliant handling of parts, tooling, and personal equipment according to Engineering Work Instructions.
- Accurately recording maintenance and certification activities in line with company procedures, including timely updates to the AMO electronic timesheet system.
- Ensuring compliance with all training requirements and documenting duties in the individual competency record.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current CASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer Licence with B1 rating.
- Extensive experience in an aviation environment, preferably in airline maintenance.
- High-level communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team-focused environment.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Well-developed computing skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated experience with aircraft types maintained by the AMO.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, take initiative, and maintain a focus on safety and accuracy.
