We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in growing participation, securing funding and expanding partnerships for a values-led organisation.

About the Role

The role involves attracting new people with disability into programs and employment opportunities, winning major donors and grants through foundations, corporates, government and philanthropists, and building relationships with schools and corporate partners to grow inclusive initiatives across the region.

  • Passion for inclusion and purpose-led work.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or fundraising.
  • Strong local networks in or near the Northern Beaches.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation and confidence working independently.
  • Energisation by seeing tangible impact from their efforts.
Work Environment

This is a part-time role (3–4 days/week) offering flexibility, autonomy and the chance to see the direct results of your work.
