**Your Role**:
As the Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Program Director, Applications Director, Program Managers and Project Managers in all aspects of ICT/digital project, program, and portfolio management.

Your role works within the Corporate IT Portfolio and provides leadership and guidance to the Project Management team.

**Your duties and background**:

- You will lead and manage the planning and delivery of critical and highly complex and/or large technical projects
- You will lead all aspects of the project management cycle
- You will develop strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all aspects of project implementation
- You will lead and manage project teams to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes
- You will manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met
- You can build and sustain strategic partnerships across teams, Directorates, the wider Health agencies, and relevant external agencies
- You can provide strategic advice about the feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimise business performance

**Desirable Criteria**:
Experience and qualities within
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Previous government background and/or large complex organisations
- Great communication skills
- Personable, a good team and cultural fit
- Extensive experience and a proven record of achievement in Project/Program Management, in a large complex organisation delivering large information system projects
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large and diverse multifunctional teams
