South East Victoria Regional Director

This key leadership position oversees the operational performance of approximately 200 stores and a team of 14 Area Managers in the South East Victoria region.
You will work closely with senior leaders to execute retail strategy, drive commercial results, and enhance the customer experience across the region. A strong focus will be placed on coaching and empowering teams, fostering consistency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Regular travel throughout the region is part of the role, ensuring a strong connection with store teams and local market needs.
- Oversee operational performance for approximately 200 stores in South East Victoria
- Lead and develop a team of 14 Area Managers
- Collaborate with senior leaders to execute retail strategy and drive commercial results
- Enhance the customer experience across the region
- Coach, empower, and develop teams to achieve consistency and excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively
- Travel regularly within the region to engage with store teams and understand local market needs
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail leadership, preferably in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Confident, hands-on leadership with a focus on accountability and team development
- Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
- Able to think strategically while delivering day-to-day results
