Establish a strong leadership presence in the South East Victoria region, overseeing 200 stores and 14 Area Managers.

This key role involves executing retail strategy, driving commercial results, and enhancing customer experience across the region.

A key focus is placed on empowering teams, fostering consistency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational performance for approximately 200 stores in South East Victoria.
  • Lead and develop a team of 14 Area Managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute retail strategy and drive commercial results.
  • Enhance the customer experience across the region.
  • Cultivate a culture of coaching, empowerment, and development among teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Travel regularly within the region to engage with store teams and understand local market needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership, preferably in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and team development.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering day-to-day results.
