You bring proven experience in Change Management with demonstrated success in risk, compliance, audit, legal, or regulatory-focused initiatives.
- Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills that translate complex regulatory requirements into digestible business language
- Experience working in financial services, insurance, superannuation, government, or similar regulated environments
