Overview

Reporting & Insights Lead - Operational Resilience role at MUFG Pension & Market Services. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of reporting frameworks and dashboards that support CPS 230 and operational resilience strategies
  • Provide technical leadership in data analytics, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate and aligned with regulatory and business needs
  • Champion data governance and reporting best practices across the function
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
  • Drive automation and efficiency using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL
  • Mentor reporting analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance
  • Represent Operational Resilience in data and reporting forums, ensuring alignment across the three lines of defence
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong experience in reporting, analytics, or performance insights within a risk, resilience, or operational context
  • Understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management frameworks
  • Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client outcomes
