We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our Visual Suite Platform team.

The ideal candidate will drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams, partner with Product and Design to roadmap goals, lead engineers and mentor emerging leaders, foster a collaborative team culture, make strategic technical decisions, design and develop features in collaboration with cross-functional teams, prioritize impactful work, and champion engineering excellence and scalable architecture.

Our ideal candidate has led high-performing backend engineers, is technically strong with a deep understanding of backend systems and architectural design, has shipped complex products from early concept through to scale, worked in distributed cloud environments (AWS experience is a bonus), brings a pragmatic mindset to software development, and is excited about empowering teams to do their best work.

The Visual Suite Platform team delivers critical infrastructure and powerful features that support rich, interactive experiences across our suite of visual productivity tools. With 20+ engineers, we deliver exciting projects, including deeper AI/ML integrations and power-user tooling that will redefine how users design and collaborate.
