Job Title

The role of Technical Project Manager plays a crucial part in the success of enterprise client integrations.

This individual will be responsible for leading platform delivery, collaborating on technical design, planning and prioritizing work, championing system health, coordinating across teams, advocating for clean APIs, and bringing delivery discipline.

  • Lead Platform Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of backend capabilities and APIs used by both internal teams and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate on Technical Design: Co-create API specs, define SLAs, and partner with engineering and architecture on thoughtful technical decisions.
  • Plan and Prioritise Work: Translate high-level goals into clear milestones, helping teams focus and move forward together.
  • Champion System Health: Bake in scalability, usability, and maintainability from day one, not as an afterthought.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work across disciplines to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high.
  • Advocate for Clean APIs: Promote intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and strong monitoring practices.
  • Bring Delivery Discipline: Introduce simple, repeatable ways of working that help backend teams deliver reliably and at speed.

Experience managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs is essential. Strong communication skills are required to engage with engineers and stakeholders.

Bonus experience includes familiarity with enterprise clients consuming APIs or integrating at scale, experience writing or contributing to technical statements of work (SoWs) or product requirements, and understanding of auth flows, data management, or large-scale architecture decisions in an integration context.
