As a Transformation Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative business capabilities that enable home electrification products. You will work within a world-class transformation program, driving simplification, digitisation, and effortless customer experiences while contributing directly to our mission of supporting Australians to decarbonise how they live and move.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfilment, including experience across sales, installation, asset management and/or billing of household electrification assets such as rooftop solar, batteries and EV chargers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and documenting the customer experience, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing and supporting electrification assets in households;
  • Driving product delivery by translating requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and guiding development teams through agile ceremonies;
  • Collaborating across transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans;
  • Engaging stakeholders by building awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working;
  • Contributing to communities by mentoring and sharing knowledge within product management and electrification networks to strengthen capability and expertise.

About You

  • You have previous demonstrated experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners;
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • You are proficient in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
