Job Title: Employee Experience Partner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Partner.

About the Role:
  • This position requires providing first-level advice on employee relations matters under guidance from senior HR staff.
  • You will coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare and process documentation across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and developing HR resources including policies, templates, and process flow charts is essential for this role.
  • As a HRIS systems support specialist, you will generate reports to support workforce planning and compliance.
  • You will also support various HR projects and programs in areas such as diversity & inclusion, remuneration, and performance.
  • Collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate application of industrial instruments is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise employees on workplace policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation and resources.
  • Support HRIS system implementation and reporting.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives.
