About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Executive to join our Commercial team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.
You will work closely with a dedicated analyst to develop and implement tailored solutions for our clients, promoting our commercial product offerings and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions
- Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives
- Partnering with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
- Managing relationships with clients to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Working with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realize these objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in commercial lending
- Tertiary education desirable
- Small business experience desirable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet KPI targets
