About the Role
A key opportunity has arisen for an experienced Relationship Executive to join our Commercial team at Bank of Queensland. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.
You will be working with a dedicated analyst to manage a Health specialist portfolio, promoting our commercial product offering to core clients to determine their financial situation and objectives. Your role will involve developing tailored solutions, consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets, and driving the direction and performance of the portfolio.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in commercial lending. You will have a tertiary education and small business experience, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to meet KPI targets. As a team player, you will be able to demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
