About the Opportunity
A Sydney-based role has become available for an experienced Relationship Executive with BOQ Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.
As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing tailored solutions for clients to meet their financial objectives
- Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives
- Partnering with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
- Managing relationships with clients to maximise client satisfaction and retention
- Working with clients and their accountants to understand financial objectives and implement plans to realise these objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in commercial lending
- Tertiary education desirable
- Small business experience desirable
- Ability to meet KPI targets
