Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital products.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing defects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution. You will also be responsible for managing test infrastructure, executing automated tests, and maintaining automated test cases.

In addition, you will develop automated test scripts and frameworks to improve mobile app performance, document and share knowledge across teams, and identify automatable and non-automatable test scope. You will also perform functional and non-functional testing of digital products, accessibility testing, and provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with strong automation and functional testing experience, experience in API testing, and use of tools like REST Assured or POSTMAN. A web app automation background using Selenium or Playwright is also essential. BDD Test Approach and Scripting using Cucumber, CI/CD tool experience using Bamboo, Jenkins, or equivalent, and code management tool like Git or equivalent are required. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks is also necessary.

Absolutely essential skills include Test management tool experience, such as JIRA, X-Ray. Experience working with Agile methodology using JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc., understanding of test-driven development with Jest, mobile app automation using Appium, ability to work with various databases and coding programs, including Java, HTML, XML, and JSON feeds, excellent oral and written communication skills, previous experience in the banking sector is an advantage, proven experience writing test plans, strategies, cases, and reporting, self-motivated and ability to work with the business, growth mindset and not afraid of challenges, proactive and assume responsibility.
