Job Title: Client Relationship Manager - Ticketing

Melbourne & Olympic Parks is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ticketing department, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing ticketing services for our key clients and internal customers.

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and delivery of ticketing for events across our venues. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance ticketing services for key clients and internal customers
  • Lead the planning and delivery of ticketing for events across our venues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective ticketing operations
  • Use data to drive improvements and resolve complex customer and client issues
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mainstream ticketing systems
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a passion for customer experience
  • Competent arithmetical abilities and experience in calculating venue capacities and balancing sales figures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe Photoshop

Please note that this is a 9-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension. As this is an operational role, there will be some weekend and night work on site. However, the ticketing team also has flexible working arrangements where people can work from home when possible.
