- Engage with stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees.
- Relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Punctuality and effective time management skills.
