Workplace Health and Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Health and Injury Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services in workplace health, injury management, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking a holistic approach to care, work within a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation services that promote healing and recovery.
  • Perform assessments depending on area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans that align with service delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in workplace health and injury management, with a focus on clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines.
