Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Client Service: As a strategic leader, you will actively identify and drive growth opportunities, ensuring retention and contributing to the efforts of bringing in new business by providing strategic and analytical advice.
- Campaign Execution: You will work closely with high-level clients and the sales and marketing team to efficiently implement agreed media objectives, deliver high-quality projects, and strengthen relationships by providing recommendations on marketing activities to achieve all objectives and results.
- Financial Management: You will prepare accurate information for revenue forecast meetings and contribute insights to monthly performance reports. Understanding client budgets, you will be able to discuss how to maximize agency revenue, profitability, and resources.
- Team Leadership: As a people leader, you will be skilled in managing up and down. You will work alongside your team, educate, and coach them to grow and develop their skills across all aspects of their role and the client's business.
- At least 4+ years of experience focused on client leadership with qualifications in a relevant field
- Both online and offline media experience
- Proven team management skills with strong project management and negotiation skills
- Experience in the advertising for residential and commercial property market
- Proactive and inspiring while being analytical and results-oriented
