
Coordination Expert

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Administration Support Professional to join our dynamic group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing coordination and administration support within the Products and Commercial Delivery division.
- Triage and manage incoming inquiries for the Member Services Section and the General Manager, Product and Commercial Delivery.
- Assist in membership conversion administration, including data entry & management in accordance with business rules and reporting to support the Member Services Team.
- Manage the office reception, including sign-ins, sign-outs, courier deliveries (mail in and out), book sales, and queries.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting packs for committees and meetings.
- Manage and organise the Executive calendar, workflow, and appointments for the General Manager, Product and Commercial Delivery.
- Organise travel and finance for the General Manager, Product and Commercial Delivery.
- Provide support to Committees and Communities of Specialty Interest, including coordination and drafting of some meeting papers.
- Assist in coordinating member engagement in the region.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in administration support roles with a high attention to detail.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent administration, organisation, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and multitask to deliver required outcomes with required timeframes, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective team member and work independently.
- Sound IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and identify opportunities for process improvement.
