We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves resolving customer enquiries via phone and email with urgency and care, expediting orders and managing exceptions to meet delivery expectations, identifying service improvements, and escalating issues effectively.
- Balance customer needs with business goals to achieve optimal results
- Stay up to date with systems, processes, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset
- Motivation to deliver exceptional service outcomes
- Experience in telephony and product knowledge (desirable)
