Job Overview

The role of Customer Service Representative is a key position in our organization. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

This position will interact and manage internal and external customer enquiries and relationships, either face-to-face, via phone calls or through emails. As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you will be able to adapt and juggle multiple tasks at any given time.

This is a Monday to Friday opportunity, working within a supportive, customer-focused team that has a passion for service and team interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers and manage those relationships and enquiries, either face-to-face, via phone calls or through emails
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, supporting sales teams and branches across the country
  • Provide internal support and regular feedback to sales teams with customer and competitor information
  • Resolve issues and improve the customer's experience
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems are updated accordingly
Requirements

  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • The ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
  • A high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
