This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Support Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing student success and preparedness for university.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of peer learning programs, including the PASS program and the Peer Skills Adviser program. Key responsibilities include student recruitment, training, monitoring, and evaluation of these programs in collaboration with other key service centres, such as the Library and Careers Advisers.
In addition to coordination, the role provides direct academic skills support to students in face-to-face and online environments. Prioritising the needs of our diverse cohort, the role provides a student-focused, efficient service aimed at improving student retention and progression.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate qualification or progression towards a higher degree in Education and subsequent relevant teaching experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
