  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced professional environment with a passion for education and student support.">
  • Experience working in higher education is preferred.">

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.">
  • Ability to operate effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and relationships.">
