About the RoleAs an Agile transformation leader, you will drive best practices, maintain project methodology, and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, product owners, and the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Lead and guide the development team on Agile best practices, including Kanban, workflows, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning & execution.
- Maintain and document the Project's Agile methodology to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is effectively groomed and prioritised.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and report on the status of project sprints and epic progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain JIRA, ensuring uniform usage across the team and alignment with the Agile methodology.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Support the Project Manager with stakeholder engagement and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience using, managing, and configuring Agile tools such as JIRA.
- ICT-related qualifications are preferred.
- Agile qualifications are essential — Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
- Active NV2 Security Clearance is mandatory.
