Job Title:

UX Content Strategist

Description:

Auxiliary resources are needed to shape content on initiatives that improve how users engage with super securely, confidently, and with clarity.

This role is part of the Experience Design team and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of UX writing work, experience in designing systems, and excellent communication skills.

They will also possess knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the ability to apply them in writing.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX content strategy for key initiatives
  • Conduct content audits and reviews
  • Define and document content standards
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system from a content perspective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in UX writing or a related field
  • Strong portfolio of UX writing work
  • Technical and design skills
  • Accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
  • Research and analytical skills
