UX Content Strategist

Cbus Super is seeking a UX content strategist to join our experience design team. As a UX writer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a UX content strategy that aligns with Cbus' business goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, user-centered content for digital products, including onboarding flows, help text, and transactional communications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in content across all touchpoints.
- Conduct content audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Maintain and evolve the design system from a content perspective, ensuring accessibility and inclusive design principles are applied consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX writing and content strategy.
- Strong portfolio of UX writing work demonstrating ability to create clear and effective digital content.
- Expertise in UX design principles and user psychology.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and experience with content management systems.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and how to apply them in writing.
- Research and analytical skills to conduct or leverage user research related to content and analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to derive insights.
