**Experience Design Lead for Digital Content**

We're looking for a skilled UX writer to join our experience design team on a 6-month contract. As an Experience Design Lead for Digital Content, you'll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and grammatically correct interface copy that helps users navigate web and mobile applications.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented UX writer to work closely with cross-functional teams to create desired user experiences. You'll have the chance to collaborate with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Digital Product Managers, Engineers, and Compliance/Legal teams to ensure content meets accessibility guidelines and is accessible and inclusive for users of varying abilities and literacy levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear, concise, and grammatically correct interface copy for digital products.
  • Develop UX content strategy for key initiatives, taking ownership of content design on strategic projects from initial discovery through to launch.
  • Audit existing content across digital platforms to evaluate its quality, consistency, and performance, providing recommendations to improve Information Architecture and content.
  • Establish UX content guidelines as part of the design system, including tone of voice for interface content, terminology, and style rules.
  • Mentor and coach others in effective writing and content design.
