As a strategic UX leader, you will spearhead the Slater and Gordon website's evolution.

This hybrid role in Melbourne demands a unique blend of marketing acumen, technical prowess, and user-centric insight to drive the website strategy forward.

Working closely with the Marketing Acquisition team, you will prioritize and deliver all website activities across IA, creative excellence, SEO, and CRO initiatives.

The company's web expert, you will advise senior leaders on current best practices and innovation opportunities.

You will also consult on the delivery of IT, Marketing, and Client Experience strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

**SEO / CRO Activity:** Develop and execute SEO strategies, craft quarterly CRO optimisation plans, identify IA, user experience, journey, and content improvement opportunities, collaborate with the Content and Communications Writer and acquisition team to act on these opportunities, monitor and enhance creative quality of site content to project the brand's positioning.

**Website Management:** Lead engagement with web agencies and partners such as the IT team to prioritise and deliver web projects and optimisations, drive website and platform strategy, stay abreast of new technologies and industry standards.

**People Leadership:** Lead, coach, and develop one direct report, maintain relationships at senior leader level as the respected website expert.

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in digital marketing, marketing, or an IT related field, at least 10+ years of digital marketing experience, prior experience in a similar role as a website owner, strong understanding of SEO optimisation and CMS capabilities, exposure leading and developing digital teams, a results-driven work style, strong customer focus, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong organisational and analytical skills, strong technical ability, team player.
