Job Title: Strategic Project Planner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring project lifecycle, providing administrative and technical support to the construction planning team.

The role involves working closely with the Project Commercial & Controls Manager to ensure that site information and records are maintained in the required format and order. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing construction schedules in line with Contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative liaison with Client, personnel, and Sub-contractors
  • Providing management service to the Project Controls Team by ensuring site information and records are maintained
  • Maintaining and developing Construction schedules in line with Contract requirements
  • Identifying and conveying details of changes associated with Contract scope
  • Implementation of continuous improvements to Procedures of Contract scope schedules
  • Reviewing Project Controls Planning reports and assessing impact to develop strategies
Requirements
  • High level of technical skills and knowledge in job-related areas
  • Past experience in planning and scheduling of Construction Projects
  • High level of technical problem solving
  • Quality Procedures experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent Level of computer literacy
  • Ability to organise procedures and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Effective and collaborative team member
