Job Title: PC Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled PC support specialist to join our team. As a PC support specialist, you will be the main point of contact for end user IT support and problem resolution at our client site.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to commit to regular and punctual attendance. A driver's license is also a requirement as you will be required to attend other sites.

About the Job
  • You will be responsible for desktop PC & laptop hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment is also required.
  • Facilitating user training sessions is an essential part of this role.
  • General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site is expected.
  • Assisting with project work is also a key responsibility.
Requirements

Ideally you will be qualified in an IT related discipline and/or have up to one year experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & laptop hardware support, Windows operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office and have a basic understanding of networking.
