It’s an exciting time here at ING, and we are looking for two **Direct Lending Support Specialists** to join our Direct Mortgages team here in Wyong

These positions are **Full Time **and will require you to work on a **rotating roster** during the team’s hours of operation: 7:45am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Collection of supporting documents and preparing of the deal for credit assessment.
- Ensuring the deal is packaged in the correct format to ensure First Time Right credit assessment.
- Work within the End to End workflow alongside Credit Assessors to gain Formal Approval of the loan & with ING’s Solicitors to advance the customer to settlement.
- Ensuring quality assurance & compliance processes are adhered to.
- Work collectively with your team members to ensure a consistent level of service is provided to all Direct Mortgages customers.

- Demonstrated experience working within a challenging customer driven environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Keen attention to detail and drive to achieve set goals.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team to support others.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
