About the Role

As Marketing Director, you will oversee the development and execution of our global marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and execute Draftable's global marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
  • Collaborate with product and sales leadership to define and deliver go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive significant brand development initiatives targeting the legal and corporate sectors.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks to support sustained growth.
  • Shape the long-term roadmap for Draftable's marketing function.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on technology.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market and product marketing strategies.
  • Strong command of digital, content, and demand marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Systems-driven approach to building scalable processes.
