Intensive Family Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our intensive family support services. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and supporting individuals and families through complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day delivery of programs and services
- Ensure service users are supported through trauma-informed practice and person-centred strategies
- Skillful incident management, triage processes, and supervision
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members to drive a values-based culture
About You:
- Passionate about working with high-risk children and families
- Experience in leading and supporting teams delivering high-quality client-focused services
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Specialist knowledge and experience in trauma-informed practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and liaise positively
