About the role
In this new dynamic role, you'll maintain an active caseload including intake, developing and monitoring assessments and case plans, case reviews, safety planning and providing one to one intervention based on the family's needs.
You'll also establish and maintain connections with relevant support services, ensure supports are aligned with Trauma Informed, Person Centred and Strengths based practices, and participate in reference groups and projects.
This role is in partnership with Bundiyarra and will be commencing mid to late October.
The position is on a part time permanent (.80 FTE) basis working at our Geraldton service.
About you
You'll have commitment to providing quality support to families and children who are at risk or presenting with complex issues.
You'll have experience working with diverse cultures and communities and have excellent interpersonal skills.
In addition, you will also possess:
Qualifications within the Community Services Sector is preferred but not required
Experience in delivering evidence based, therapeutic interventions and case work within the community or health sector
Strong administrative, documentation and case management skills
Ability to be flexible, innovative and work autonomously
Drivers Licence
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
