Role Overview

This is a dynamic role that involves working in-field to support the sales and education teams. Based mainly in East Sydney, you will be responsible for delivering group education and virtual training to pharmacists, practitioners, and sales representatives across various portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have excellent public speaking skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Experience in delivering training is preferred, but not essential. You will work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Group Education and Training: Virtual classrooms, banner group trainings, distributor trainings, and industry trainings
  • Travel around NSW: Delivering in-store pharmacy trainings with priority customers in support of the sales team
  • Drive Product Recommendation and Brand Advocacy: Expert delivery of education and training to promote our products

Requirements:

  • Qualified naturopath or nutritionist with excellent public speaking skills
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of complementary medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
