We are seeking a motivated Naturopath to fill a key role in our busy clinic. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating appointments and documentation to facilitate efficient clinic operations
  • Managing client interactions, including bookings, payments, and results collation
  • Working with the Practice Manager to manage clinic workflow and delegate tasks effectively

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous reception experience in a busy clinic or office environment
  • Knowledge of Nutrition and Naturopathy (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Cliniko (asset)

In addition, you will possess:

  • Able to manage a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Empathetic and caring approach to customer relationships
