About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Regulatory and NPD team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless product registration approvals and market access.

  • Foster a collaborative environment within the Regulatory and NPD team to drive product registration approvals and market access opportunities.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal divisions to leverage business growth.
  • Develop and execute creative regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate new products and existing product development to facilitate efficient market access.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory applications for a defined product portfolio.
  • Maintain product dossier compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with NPD project teams to support the development and delivery of new products.
  • Apply problem-solving and collaboration to resolve identified deficiencies or regulatory issues.
  • Drive the development of new products to capture market opportunities and expand our market reach.
  • Contribute to the development of regulatory policy priorities, company positions, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Ensure record keeping and documentation of all regulatory and scientific affairs matters.
  • Manage responses to correspondence from external agencies within an agreed priority and timeframe.
  • Nurture strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers, or others.
  • Stay up-to-date with government legislation and communicate potential impacts across the business.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess a naturopathic qualification or equivalent experience in natural health medicines. Key attributes include self-driven results orientation, exceptional planning skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proven experience organizing and motivating others.
